NSV & C25K

Can someone explain to me what both of these thing are? What does NSV mean? What is the C25K?

Mmm, buffalitos sound yummy, haven't been to BW3 in a while. NSV = non-scale victories. Like when you fit into clothes different, or you stop yourself from doing something - things that may not show up on the scale but make you feel a sense of accomplishment. C25k is Couch-2-5k, a program for beginners to build up from walking to running. Several in the community have started already. I'll be starting in about 1-1/2 weeks.
