I'm addicted...

Yes I'm an addict! I am addicted to Starbucks!! Never in a million years would I have thought I would be "one-of-those-people" who spend a million dollars on a coffee drink. BUT, here I am! I'm addicted! My order...Venti White Chocolate Mocha! I'm in love!! I absolutely love it!! Then, a couple days ago my friend, LH tells me how much fat, calories, and points they are worth. I decided to give it up all together. I know I could have switched to the lite, no whip. However, I am like my mom, if I'm getting fancy coffee (as we refer to it) I'm going to get the whole shabang! I have to say I failed at my giving it up! I stopped on Friday and got one! I love it! It is so absolutely wonderful! What in the world and I going to do?

A girl after my own heart! I get my drink at least once a week--sometimes twice. :) My drink? Grande, NON fat, PEPPERMINT white chocolate mocha, with 6 pumps of Peppermint and lite whip. YUM!! If you like Peppermint, try it with the white mocha--TO DIE FOR!!!

Glad you are doing well and your meds are working for you-that is awesome.

GOOD GOING! It is hard to quit a Starbucks addiction. I know..I am a recoving addict...lol

Cept for I didn't completly give it up. I used to get the VENTI White Chocolate Mocha which is like 480 calories...O.O.

Then I found an option, the Skinny Latte's. Now I usually get a Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte and it only contains 130 calories.

What a lot of people don't know is that when you include a "dollop" of whipcream it is 130 calories all by itself. That is amazing to me, so instead I just get extra foam...which works just as well.

Have a great day!
